You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for any ProBerine⁺ product.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

We refund products that are properly returned to us:

We offer refunds for products returned in their original condition within our 30 day return window. Ensure the item is unused, with all tags and packaging intact. Our refund process begins once we receive and inspect the returned product.

How to initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service team at customer.service@nutricellar.com to request a return authorization.
2. Provide your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.
3. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support immediately. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll guide you through the return process, and upon inspection, a replacement or refund will be issued.
